Aim and Utility Benchmarks Recalculated

With this new data, we were able to add a new benchmark presets for 20k-25k CS Rating (with 25k+ now being the top option). The rebalance means that everyone's Aim Rating will likely be about 6 points higher, and everyone's Utility Rating will likely be about 10 points lower on their Profile.
