Dealing damage which helped your teammate get a kill

Rating given back to you when your death helped a teammate get a kill

Getting the first kill or being the first death in the round

Credit for winning the round when opponents were still alive (adjusted down by the value of the equipment they saved)

Rating gained or lost as a CT after the bomb was planted
